📱 Disneyland App — Setup Checklist

1
Download the Disneyland App
Get the official app before the trip — you'll need it for Lightning Lane bookings, mobile food ordering, wait times, park maps, and your digital tickets. Download here
2
Link Your Tickets
Your 2-Day 1-Park + Lightning Lane Multi Pass tickets from Undercover Tourist (Order #866273-031126) need to be linked to your Disney account. Check your email for the Undercover Tourist confirmation — it will have instructions to link tickets to the Disneyland app. Link all 3 tickets to one family account for easy management.
3
Lightning Lane Multi Pass — How It Works
Your tickets include Lightning Lane Multi Pass. At park open each morning, open the app and book your first Lightning Lane reservation. You can hold one reservation at a time — after you tap in, immediately book the next one. Strategy: book your first LL for a ride with moderate waits (Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion), and rope-drop the hardest-to-get rides (Indiana Jones, Radiator Springs Racers).
4
Make Dining Reservations
Disney dining reservations open 60 days in advance in the app. Key reservations to make: Café Orleans (Easter dinner, Day 3) and Lamplight Lounge (DCA dinner, Day 4). If fully booked, check the app day-of for cancellations — they pop up! Also use Mobile Order for counter-service restaurants to skip food lines.
5
Day-Of Essentials
On park days, keep the app open for: live wait times (plan your route), showtimes (fireworks, World of Color, parades), mobile food ordering (order 30 min before you're hungry), and GPS wayfinding inside the parks. Keep your phone charged — the app is essential!
